Spudbar Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card Terms & Conditions
- By using your Spudbar Loyalty Card or Free Spud Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
- The Loyalty card is issued to you by Spudbar. It allows you to receive one free spud or salad after nine spuds or salads have been purchased.
- The Free Spud card allows you to receive one free spud up to the value of $9 upon presentation and surrender of the card.
- The Spudbar Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any credits accrued on your Spudbar Loyalty Card are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- With the exception of the MCG stores, all Spudbar stores across Australia and New Zealand will accept Loyalty and Free Spud cards, although from time to time some stores may not. We reserve the right not to accept a Loyalty card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
- No fees will be charged by Spudbar for the issue or use of the Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card.
- Free Spud Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Spudbar reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card at any time by notifying members through email or website.
- Information collected from members at the time of redeeming their free tenth spud is subject to the privacy policy listed at www.spudbar.com.au.
