- By using your Spudbar Loyalty Card or Free Spud Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
- The Loyalty card is issued to you by Spudbar. It allows you to receive one free spud or salad (or nachos) after nine spuds or salads have been purchased to the value of $12.50.
- The Free Spud card allows you to receive one free drink on the fifth meal purchase (from a selected range that includes: all Schweppes 300ml, spring valley 250ml juice and 600ml bottled water). It also allows you to receive one free spud up to the value of $12.50 upon presentation and surrender of the fully stamped card.
- The Spudbar Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any credits accrued on your Spudbar Loyalty Card are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- With the exception of the MCG stores, all Spudbar stores across Australia will accept Loyalty and Free Spud cards, although from time to time some stores may not. We reserve the right not to accept a Loyalty card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
- No fees will be charged by Spudbar for the issue or use of the Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card.
- Free Spud Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Spudbar reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card and Free Spud Card at any time by notifying members through email or website.
Conditions of current promotions
We have a hot offer running at the moment around our "It's not about the spud" campaign. There are a few conditions that apply that are outlined below.
There are three vouchers included in the brochures we are handing out. A condition is that only 1 voucher can be used per visit.
There are also conditions around each of the vouchers namely:
- "$5 for any spud" — this is includes any spud off the menu, it does not include 'design your own' spuds.
- "2 for 1" - The second (free) spud must be of equal or lesser value than the one that is paid for.
- "Free drink" - The free drink is with any spud purchased from the menu and is from a selected range (includes: all Schweppes $300ml, spring valley 250ml juice and 600ml bottled water)
Expiry / duration of offers — each voucher is valid up until the expiry date where this has been specified on the voucher.
