After nearly 12 months of research and development, refining our offer and the way we present our brand to the world - our new flagship store in Hawthorn will represent everything the brand stands for moving forwards. The store manager role is to be the captain of the pride of our fleet.

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of running the store, including achieving sales, managing COGS and labour, staff recruitment and motivation, and very importantly, driving the Spudbar culture in store. You are the conduit between head office and the customers in communicating the rebranded, rejuvenated Spudbar. You must love the pace and drive of a fast growing, agile business and be able to act quickly and drive results.

A firm sense of self, a positive attitude and a burning fire within are required in driving Spudbar’s new direction at the store level.

You must have strong retailing background with proven experience achieving sales targets, budgets and driving local area marketing.
