We’re looking for a store manager to drive the Spudbar business at the Carousel Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with the business as other stores will be opening.
The role:
Hiring, training, rostering of your team.
Motivating and energising staff.
Stock control & ordering.
Managing hygiene & safety standards.
Creating a fun environment where people love to work!
The 'right' candidate:
Passionate about healthy eating.
Fast food experience essential.
Highly self motivated.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and efficiency.
