Spudbar stores can operate in as little as 15 square metres and up to a full dine in environment. People everywhere love our spuds, so we have the store models to cater for that.

KIOSK

Designed to operate out of 15 – 40sqm a Spudbar standalone kiosk is compact and clever. Every conceivable space has been utilised. A simple food cooking process of dry baking and no frying or grilling means the need for grease traps and extraction is eliminated.

Spudbar Kiosks

Our kiosks can occupy spaces that have traditionally been reserved for coffee, donut and ice cream concepts. Coupled with strong branding, a Spudbar kiosk is grabbing the attention of major shopping centres such as Westfield.

Spudbar kiosks can operate in areas that are smaller and with no extraction – which are spaces that other meal offerings such as burgers, kebabs, chicken and even some sandwich offerings can’t occupy.

IN LINE STORES
Spudbar Inline Stores

Inline stores are stores along the edge of shopping centres – typically for Spudbar in a food court. They can range in size from 40 square metres up to 80 square metres. The beautiful fresh food is on display, and all of the preparation areas are hidden out the back.

Our strip stores can range in size from 50 square metres up to over 100 square metres – and they can cater either for mainly a takeaway crowd or have a significant dine in capability – you pick it, we can do it. Many of our strip shops also have liquor licenses and become local meeting spots and part of the local community.
